Do you provide Free Pick-up and Delivery Service?

How often do I get service?
     We offer two different types of services, both of which are outlined below.  You can select the
     service that best meets your needs:

     Regular Route Service:  This service works best for people who typically use dry-cleaning
     or laundry services at least once a month.  Grand Cleaners drivers are in your area twice a week,
     so you don't have to schedule a pick up.  As the driver drives through your neighborhood, he will
     check if you have set your Grand Cleaners bag out.  If you don't have anything out, the driver will
     continue to his next destination.  Depending on your location your service days will be Monday
     and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.

     On Call Service:  If you dry clean once in a while or less than once a month, we offer on call
     service.  This gives you the flexability to call us whenever you have items you would like us to
     dry-clean.  Just give us a call at (651)251-3035 or click here to schedule a pick up.

How will I know my service days?
Upon sign-up, our representative will contact you to let you know your service days and answer any
questions you may have.

How do I pay you?
At the end of each month we will mail you a statement.  At that time you can choose to mail us a
check or pay with a major credit card.

Can you hold my clothes until I return from a trip?
Yes, just give us a call, send us an E Mail or drop a note in your bag and we will deliver your clothes
to you on the next service day after you return home.

What do I do, if I have a special requests?
Leave a detail note in your bag, and we will take care of the rest.

What bag do I use to put my garments in for pick-up?
We will provide you with a blue Grand Cleaners bag, at no charge.  If you don't have a Grand Cleaners
blue bag, please leave your garments in a plastic bag, with an attached note that says Grand Cleaners,
in your regular drop-off location.  Our driver will pick it up and leave a blue bag for your next order.
